    Pastor Jesse Velasco is the founder and the Senior Pastor of Holy Trinity Bible Church, Philippines. He received the calling from the Lord back in February 1992 and was ordained Pastor in August 1992. Holy Trinity Bible Church was conceived when the Lord spoke to Pastor Jesse Velasco that "his ministry is not in the US, his ministry is in the Philippines" of the same year. In November 1992, he resigned as an accountant and started his preparation to go back to the Philippines. In January 1995, after three years, Pastor Jesse and his wife, Pastor Vessie went home to the Philippines to start the ministry in Naic, Cavite. HTBC started its first worship service on Sunday 2nd of July 1995 at the 2nd floor of Velamart, Naic, Cavite with only five attendees together with Pastor Vessie.. Pastor Jesus A. Velasco is the President and Administrative Pastor of the now Holy Trinity Bible Church that is duly registered at the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 12, 1996 with the registration no. A199606113.

    During the first three months of the ministry, by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, membership of the church experienced tremendous growth that from six members it became seventy and before the end of the year 1995, the attendees of our worship service was counted at 120 people.

    In 1998, the First outreach of the Church was established in Biñan, Laguna as a fruit of the funeral service. Eventually, the weekly Bible study became a Worship Service. Afterwards, one of the attendees in Biñan became the Pastor of the outreach in Barahan, Occidental Mindoro which was established in 2002.

    As the Church continue to evangelize, God led Pastor Velasco in 2004 to adapt Purpose Driven Life lessons thus causing exponential growth in terms of number and also in terms transformation of lives and restoration of relationships.

    Because of the tremendous growth that HTBC experienced, space was becoming a problem. That is why in June 20, 2007, HTBC rented then the Dalisay Theatre. It became the Main Venue of the Worship Services, Sunday School, retreats and fellowship meetings and many other activities that the Church is holding.

    But the Lord is not done yet, in 2010 the Lord gave a burden to Pastor Jesse to see 10,000 worshippers, worshipping the Father in spirit and in truth. And as the Vision continues to expand and faithful workers are being raised up, we prayed for our own lot and building.

    In July 2012, HTBC transferred in our current location Malainen Bago and started our First Worship service in our very own place that the Lord gave. Here the ministry continues to flourish and expand, different fellowship, care groups and ministries are being opened and the Gospel continues to spread not only in Naic but many other Municipalities in Cavite.

    As the Pandemic hits, the Church was prepared to adapt through our Online Ministry. We continued to Bring the Message of Life into this Dying World now reaching many others globally. We see many lives changed and see them accept the Good News that they can be members of the family of God no matter their background. Healings and deliverances were manifested in the power of the Holy Spirit. Families were restored. Love, joy and peace are being experienced by everyone because of God's mercy.
