Life Events

As a Member of HTBC Family, we go through life seasons and we are here to guide you and also accommodate your request for Life Events. Our ordained Pastors will officiate Weddings, conduct Dedications and bring comfort to the bereaved family during Funeral Service. Check the requirements for the Services offered by the Church Management.

Wedding
Church or Office Wedding

  1. All weddings should be scheduled at least one (1) month before the wedding date
  2. We do not schedule weddings on Sunday
  3. Marriage license from Municipal Registrar must be submitted at least two weeks before the wedding date.
  4. Complete Names of Principal Sponsors must be submitted along with the Marriage License
  5. Pre- marriage Counselling Session with the Officiating Pastor is also required and must be done before the wedding day
  6. The church also has the right to deny any wedding request if there any legalities that are found to be unlawful or the Pastor sees any irregularities in the doctrinal belief of either one of the bride and groom.
  7. There will be a corresponding Administrative fee for the Venue, manpower and for officiating Pastor.

Dedication
 

  1. Parents of the child should be a regular attendee of HTBC.
  2. All request must be communicated at least two (2) weeks before the requested date.
  3. We do not schedule Child Dedication on Sundays.
  4. A photocopy of Birth Certificate and preferably Marriage Certificate of the parents (if available).
  5. Parents of the child should attend Parents Counselling one week before the dedication schedule.
  6. Parents/ parent should be present on the day of dedication.
  7. The church will not hold Dedication during Barangay Fiesta of your location.
  8. An administrative fee is collected for the operation expenses.

House or
Business Dedication

  1. For any other concerns or request of Dedication, such as House or Business Dedication, you may coordinate with the Church Event Coordinator.

Funeral Services

  1. The request should be requested by the immediate family of the deceased who is a regular attendee of the church.
  2. All requests for funeral service must be scheduled with the event coordinator.
  3. We cannot accommodate Saturday and Sunday.
